the food had a wide variety. i found many options to choose from at each meal. the location I thought to be very good for accessing nearby shows. the breakfast was ample and it was NICE.
our room did not have a balcony, THAT was disappointing. the room faced a service area and there was noise at night. the air CONDITIONING was not very good.

The hotel location is excellent. It's very close to the beach. The breakfast selection included many choices, I enjoyed the variety. I also liked the easy check-in and check-out process. I appreciated how hard the staff worked to keep everything clean.
I found the hot water tap in my room to be broken , a bit inconvenient.

The family room was nice and clean, with crisp white sheets for a fresh feel. A fridge was available, I used it to store drinks. A safe was present as well, though it required a separate payment for use.

The reception staff was amazing and helpful. They resolved my requests quickly. The animation team provided diverse events and kept all guests entertained. I saw the staff working hard to ensure the hotel was clean and well-kept.

i found some aspects disappointing. The air conditioning in the room was not effective. It struggled to cool the space adequately. The noise from nearby bars at night was also an issue. It made it difficult to sleep soundly.

I thought the swimming pool was great. It had lots of sun loungers! the outside bar was superb! the rooms were very clean and the beds were really comfortable. the location was great too. It made it easy to get around.
I had to brace myself for a walk when i was on the top floor. it was not ideal!
